Dream Key Lending 2027 WM Phoenix Open Ticket Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Dream Key Lending, LLC, 3111 E Fandango Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85298, NMLS #2645838 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the WM Phoenix Open, The Thunderbirds, the PGA TOUR, WM (Waste Management), or any sports team or league. Event names are used for identification only.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, loan officers, and independent contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Arizona Time (MST) and ends on November 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Arizona Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, scan the QR code or visit the Giveaway page and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address, and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, identities, or automated means will be disqualified.

Answering the optional "home plans" question and agreeing to receive marketing communications are not required to enter and do not affect your chances of winning. Entering does not constitute an application for a loan.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) general admission tickets to the 2027 WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Arizona (tournament week of February 8–14, 2027), valid for Thursday, February 11, 2027. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300 ($75 per ticket, based on the tournament's published Thursday general admission price, excluding fees).

The prize does not include transportation, parking, food, beverages, or any other expenses, which are the winner's responsibility. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event and ticket issuer. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If the event is canceled, postponed, or modified for any reason, Sponsor has no further obligation to the winner. Limit one prize per household.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email on or about November 4, 2026. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt and may be required to confirm eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

9. Publicity

With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and city on its website and social media.

10. Privacy & Communications

Information collected through the entry form is used to administer the Giveaway and is handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will contact entrants about the Giveaway as needed to administer it (for example, to notify the winner). Sponsor will send marketing calls, texts, or emails only to entrants who separately opted in on the entry form. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails by using the unsubscribe link.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, including attendance at the event.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
